When my bowel movement does not not come easy, I take 1 capsule of this product. The following day, I have no problem moving; and I don't even take the recommended dosage of 2. I make it a point to not run out of this, hence I am now reordering.

I purchased this product for myself and discovered it did not work as expected? It did releve the disconfortness and some of the bloating. However it is best taken at night. Do not plan a long day the next day.
