I was a little hessitant to purchase this item. A family member of mine once had a similar device but they paid hundreds of dollars for theirs. I thought, "how well could an item of this price really work". Well, I am very impressed with this item. It is easy to apply to your shoulders, back and joints. It has an automatic timer and the Electronic stimulating Pulse level ranges from very light to a deep massage. I love this item.

I wish I knew that you did not sell the extra pads that attatch to the machine, its useless to me now because it doesnt stick to my body anymore the adhesive is gone, and now so is the machine, look at my first report March 2013 when I first bought the machine, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Bought this for my boyfriend that has back pain from having broke his back about 15 yrs ago. It is great that there are 2 lines and can be adjusted for different speeds and placed in different areas of the body. Long cords make this an easy task. I do wish that the pads were bigger but it still serves the purpose and that after the 15 min intervals that it gives unless your on automatic you have to turn it off, back on and reset it to have another 15 mins.

I have been using this massager to relieve pain in my knee due to straining the ACL from a bit too much exercise. I use the massager first and then follow-up with 10 minutes of icing. After a session the range of motion without pain is much better. This instructions are easy to follow and the device is simple to use.
