Very inexpensive, I searched the web for 2 days for curtains that were in sets, not panels, valance and shears. These were the only ones I found. I bought the beige for the livingroom, then after I hung them up, I ordered ivory for master bed room, and blue for guest room. The blue pair had minor defects on a few of the scallops, but I needed them right away, so I kept them. They are fine for privacy if you have mini blinds.

Let's in some light when not tied back but still gives some privacy. Do not like the tie backs-nothing to help hold them in place. Look great on my windows. Really nice for the money.
