This gate came damaged. They were going to charge me to send it back. Made of cheap wood. We have had to glue, put screws all over it to make it sturdier. would not buy!

This is a great gate. It looks much more than what it costs..most people come into my house and think it is $100! Its so fancy and doesn't look like the typical gate. My maltese stays inside my kitchen and the gate stays put well since it has 2 bases.

I use this to contain a Yorkie and Doxie in the kitchen when I'm gone more than a few hours. It was simple to assemble - just slide it together and go. It looks very nice, but the dowels are really flimsy and one broke when I used it to slide open the gate. I glued it back together and my dogs don't push on it so it doesn't matter to me. Just be careful and you should be happy with it. I love that it expands so long and the price is great compared to others on the market.
