this deep fryer is small but just the right size for me because i only cook for me - i haven't deep fried anything in years because the deep fryer i have is large & i had to use too much oil just to cook something for one person - i have had it one week & have used it 4 different times - yes the handles on the basket were on backwards but that was an easy fix............
