I have both size frying pans and love them both .I use the large one every day. I actually got rid of all my other frying pans, except for a large 16 inch pan I use for stew. I wish they had a larger pan for stew, because I would get that one too.

I bought one of these Orgreenic frying pans 2 weeks ago. I seasoned it (as per instructed; coat with veg. oil and bake in oven at 300% for 1 hour, then wipe clean with paper towel. Repeat every 6-12 months) Wow...This pan is awesome! It is solid, strong, and nothing sticks! So easy to clean. I have the 12" pan and now I am going to buy the whole set (eventually). Best frying pan I have ever used. I highly recommend them :).
