I use the grill pans to grill steak. The pan heats quickly, and cooks evenly. I really appreciate the cool handles, and the non-stick surface.
My only concern, is that the pans are a bit shallow. However, this wouldn't be a concern if my stove top was level. My stove-top eyes are slanted, and the juices and marinades run to the sides of the pan and overflow, causing a bit of a mess.
