I love desserts. I love to bake. I am always looking for cleaver products so I bought this pan as soon as it came out. The first batch seemed to turn out, as I thought of all kinds of things to make in it. But, to my surprise, the second batch was not the same. The pan comes in two pieces so the bottom drops easily for cooling and serving. The second batch, however, did not want to come out of the pan, AT ALL! I discovered the batter had leaked through the seams of the two pans and burned. All I can think of is it must have warped after the first cleaning or use. I tried turning the bottom plate over to see if there was a correct way of placing it in the pan and gave it a third try. The batter leaked once again and burned. I will not be cooking brownies in it again, but maybe I can use it for rice crispy treats or something that is non baked.

I like how it baked the brownies evenly, so you don't get any mushy ones. Have to be careful because bakes in less time.
