I use the knife for slicing vegetables and boneless meats. It works great. Easy to wash by hand. As long as you are careful it will last a long time. I have had mine for over a year with no problems. Be careful since it is very sharp.

I use my Yoshiblade to slice meat, and since I do not like thick slices, it is always sharp and always ready. I also like to slice vegetables for salads thin, and Yoshiblade does the job perfectly. I welcome not having to continually sharpen a knife to get cuts like I want. So far, I have no negative remarks.

I use this knife every day since I bought it 3 weeks ago. It is still sharp and indeed cuts thru cheeses and meats very easy. It is not recommended for chopping. When used according to its specified limitations it works just as promised!!
