I like the Big Boss, it works perfect for one person portions. Easier to clean than the broiler pan. My only bad experience is with your service. The packing slip said my order was shipped together; it was not (again). When you re-shipped, the order amount changed as you did not include the discount that applied to my original order. When speaking to your CS they understood but have not corrected the error. I did not "exchange" the grill was never received with my original order, which cam in an envelope.

I bought one for my father for his birth day. He loved it and bragged so much about it that I deceided to buy this one for myself. It cooks food purfect everytime and makes it quikly for u. I have cooked steaks, chicken, donuts, waffels, veggies, skewwers, and even fish on it all has come out better than they do on an outdoor grill or in the oven with out heating up the house too.
