it worked fine for the first two days then it wouldn't hold the phone any more, it dropped my phone and cracked my screen

this only works if I take my iphone out of the case due to the weight in the case. It also seems to gradually slip and I am driving down the road reaching on the floor to pick the phone up.

The only thing that managed to stick was the supplied "dash" disc and I can't get it off! The suction cup on the arm won't keep a grip and releases almost immediately. The part that holds your phone (or other device) won't hold the weight so the commercials are a sham. Don't waste your money. I'm in Texas and I'm waiting for the hot weather to loosen the glue from the disc mounted on my dash!
