Nice little setup. There's a station to put your umbrella in when the case is opened up for use as a statchel. If your umbrella is really wet, I presume the wetness could come through. But, can't say for sure yet, as I haven't yet used the umbrella. Don't know how long it will hold up, either, because material is thin, but it does appear to be made well, including the umbrella part. Nice pattern - not too loud. Carrier bag is mid-sized.
