Our front concrete steps and concrete porch stairs needed this exact product to be safe for visitors and us. These rubber treads are attractive in themselves but must be glued down since the sticky side doesn't adhere to concrete without adding clear outdoor glue. The treads last for many years with only slight fading. The cost is still reasonable and hasn't risen since we bought our first batch of 12 (six two-packs) in 2005.

I just bought these and got them down they really look nice and expensive. Look more like Medal than Rubber.I`m using them on my wood Handicaped Ramp that goes into the house. Only thing wrong is when I tried to peel off the tape both side came off and I had to Staple them on all Four Corners.
