Very poor quality foam is too light weight and too small. You need to go back to the drawing board and redesign them. Make them for all sizes not just one small size, and weightier like real breast. The ones I used years ago were weighted heavy foam and bigger. I think I can go to a craft store and buy foam much better than this. Zero not available, so I gave it a one. Don't waste your money on these.

As a pre-op transexual, I love how these easily transform me to have an average sized, realistic and attractive feminine chest. The nipples can show, depending on the bra (although you could trim them off, I suppose - it's just foam). I'm purchasing additional pairs to insert into my Genie Bras, for added convenience.
