It was easy to put together but was made cheaply for what it cost and very nosy also u cannot do the foot and hand together, there is not enough room and your knees always hit the bars. I would not purchase this again.

I have arthritis in both knees and I can now exercise without a lot of pain. Easier on joints than a regular exercise bike, maybe the angle of the pedals, but it works.

        • Low Impact Exercise

        Comments about Total Body Exerciser:

My husband put this together without any problems. I used it first time setting in a kitchen chair, and had trouble with my sciatica, so I think I was too low. I'm going to use my organ bench with it. The top pedals won't stay turned the right way which is not a big deal when you're using it, but is a design flaw. I would order again.
