Ring did not fit. Cannot be adjusted, even with pliers. All you can do is unroll it so you have a long length of silver wire. Glad it didn't cost much.

There is nothing good about this item. It is what you pay for, cheap. does not adjust and does not fit properly. I do not need the little ends one in my palm and the other on top of my finger.

The Gold-tone finish came off the ring on the first day of wearing it. The copper beneath is not as pretty. I would still wear the ring around home, but not at work or to a public meeting. It does work, somewhat...it seems to remind me to watch what I eat. And, yes I even skipped a meal because I was not hungry all day.
