I was at first wary of the price, but I have both heel spurs as well as plantar fascitis. After having constant heel pain for a year, I decided to try these. You have to have them positioned in your shoe correctly or they are uncomfortable. They work best with sneakers, such as the Dr. Scholl's Carol Wright sells. When wearing the heel seats, I can't feel the heel pain. I have tried other, cheaper heel cups, but they're not even close!
