I received the product, opened it and put a battery in and it didn't work. I tried to open to take the battery out and could not do so. The trimmer end also fell off easily. I returned it to you using your label and asked for another non-defective one. I really like the idea of this but cannot say whether or not it really works.

Product is fine does the work the only thing is the battery has to be moved back and forth for the product to start working.
