I bought this for a knee injury. This thing felt disgusting. It has a thick gel that rubs off & gets on everything. Once it's worn, you cannot make it adhere to itself again no matter how well you follow the instructions. It hardens up as it dries. Adding water does not help regenerate it either. This was a complete waste of money. I will stick to my Icy Hot tape from now on.
