This product did nothing for my leg/ankle/foot cramps at night. I've had these since 2000 and have found NOTHING that will stop them. Whenever I see something that guarantees to stop leg cramps, I purchase it, praying that this time it will work. Still haven't found the one that works.

I have experienced leg cramps since I was a child. This is the only thing that has helped me ---ever!! I also have a friend with Lupus, and her hand spasms, warps, and twists to where you couldn't tell she even had a hand. We sprayed it on her hand, and immediately, it cleared up, and the spasms stopped. It was amazing. There were 4 people that saw this. It really is true.
