During the day I will wear three per foot if I have to be outside much,sometimes finding them black in just a couple of hours. At night same thing, but adding one to each palm. I start feeling very run down and tired when I don't use these detox pads as part of my daily (or nightly) routine. I just wish they would use more herbs so the pads could hold more!

I used this product before going to bed. I feel so refreshed in the mornings and the best night sleep ever. I have ordered these twice. If you really like these I suggest purchasing the 30 pack instead of 12.

I almost didn't order these because of negative reviews that claim the patches don't stay on the foot well. I didn't have that problem...and I didn't even put socks on over it like the instructions said. There was grayish gunk on both patches in the morning, but I'm not sure how much of an indicator that is. Overall, I felt pretty good the day after but I don't know if the patches had anything to do with it. I'll keep using them to see if I notice a difference each time.
