I know that a lot of people have given negative comments on this product, but I found that those comments were not true for me. 98% of the filters came with the insides intact. If the inside fell out, it was very simple to put it back in with the help of an ink pen. Also, I do not cough in the mornings like I used to. I will buy this product again and again.
