This product works great. You need to follow the directions exactly but it leaves no red marks and once it dries on your skin you don't even know it is there. I think it has a faint smell but nothing offensive, but no one else seems to be able to smell it once it dries.

I don't know if it removes skin tags because the smell is so offensive I didn't use it more than once. You need to put it on several times a day for 6 weeks. Once a day would be manageable despite the smell--you could apply it at night--but not 3 times a day. I wouldn't want anyone outside my home having to smell me!
