I have arthritis in both knees and use a walker all the time. Even when I use it, I am still in a lot of pain. Also, when I sleep soundly and don't move much, I have quite a bit of discomfort when I get up. This product, when I use it at bedtime and in the AM, significantly reduces the pain. I have used a similar product that does work as well but is more expensive.
