We were on vacation and my mother just couldn't stand in line any longer. The woman behind us had one like this and shared it with Mom. We got one from Dr. Leonards immediately on returning home. She used it for over 5 years and after she passed it was given to a friend who is still using it. This was so wonderful for Mom. She had stability issues & back pain. Now she could go shopping and out to dinner again. She could only walk short distances before needing to sit. Perfect... there was her chair. I really can't say enough good things about it because it helped my Mom so much.
