My husband wears this belt every day and has devised ways to make it more comfortable - pads the velcro in places that stick his skin with an incontinent pad(washable). Pulls it closed as tight as he can, but still needs a little extra length to go around his waist comfortably. He can use the bathroom without disturbing the belt. This saves a lot of time. He feels that the magnetic influence helps his back pain to be less severe.

I use this when I vacuum or do housework that requires bending. It does help quite a bit, but I would wear it longer if it was just an inch or two bigger. It bunches too much at the waist. I would recommend to a friend if they were a very small person. A little overweight, no.

It is used by my husband since he fell and hurt his back. He finds it comfortable enough to wear all day. He has two and alternates them. I bought it for because I had worn one at one time and liked it.
