Mild Support Stockings have a compression of: 8-15 mmHG
Moderate Support Stockings have a compression of: 15-20 mmHG
Firm Support Stockings have a compression of: 20-30 mmHG
Gradient Compression Support Knee-Highs: Measure circumference of calf for size: MED(12"-14 1/2"), LG(15"-16 1/2") or XL(17"-19").
Gradient Compression Support Thigh-Highs: Measure circumference of thigh for size: MED(17 1/2"-19"), LG(19 1/2"-21 1/2") or XL(22"-28").
These are great!!. My husband needed support stockings and TED hose were too hard for me to get on him. These are tight, but comfortable and stay up very well. They wash and wear well--have been washed many times and are still like new--I hang them to dry. Will be getting more of them.

I couldn't use the product, because when I put it on, the heel to the foot was up on the back of my ankle, and stuck out loosely. I have tendinitis, and arthritis, and I needed the compression on my ankles. I have a size seven foot, but the feet on these is closer to an 9.

I wear a pair of them daily because they keep the swelling in my ankles and knees down to a minumum. My knees really do hurt me and these help keep the pain down a whole lot. I recommend them. The price is good and the quality of the product is good plus they come in two colors--beige and black and they don't look like moderate support hose.
