I bought this to wear everyday. I wear it 8-9 hours at a time at the office. This belt does hold the midsection in and will release some of the water that is in the midsection due to the rubbery type material which is great for me. Haven't lost any weight with it but that is okay. I like the different sizes that you get with one belt. I just wish I had ordered the smaller size.

I have a bad back and this belt helped a great deal. The seams started wearing out too quickly. The smell of the rubbery stuff is a hinderance to my allergies. The belt needs to be improved in shape and seam quality and should be at 11 inches long by 55 inches. The many zippers to choose from is a great invention. Would be good to have narrow, medium and long width to reach from waistline to hip. I'll be watching for improvements. Thanks

The first thing is the size(with the 5th zipper) was perfect for my current tummy size but I wanted something tighter since I was looking to shed fat.secondly, If used for a long time this could help reduce your tummy, could work well for a new mom like me to shed the baby fat BUT THIS BELT STINKS!!It has that irritating rubber smell which gave me a head ache(I am allergic to bad odor). Also the material that this is made of irritates your skin and made we wanna take a bath after taking this thing off. Not sure if the odor would go away if washed and also not sure if it will work well if worn over clothing.I ended up returning the product and got my money refunded. [...]
