The bra is well designed with straps centered over each breast (at "12:00"), and attached closer to midline in back, so the straps are less likely to slide off shoulders. Unfortunately, although bra is tagged for my size (38C), the band width was 4" too short and the cup was too small, so if it were available, I'd exchange it for a 42C.
