I gave one to my son and his wife and they went on a cruise recently. My daughter-in-law was seasick and put on the bracelet which actually alleviated the nausea and vertigo. Great to know for travelers. I use it for balance as well because I have a neurological disorder that affects my equilibrium. An inexpensive, handy little bracelet that helps many disorders.
