I bought this for my mom who absolutely loves the softness of velour. Unfortunately, I could tell as soon as I'd opened the box that the color I was hoping for (that my mother looks great in) was not at all what I got. Contrary to the photo depiction, the true color is much duller, much more subdued and not as bright as it is in the photo. It is much more dusty mauve than cheery fuchsia. This is a color that will drain, not add to a rosy skin tone!
