Shipping & Handling costs are based on the total order value before tax:

In order to better serve you, we have three shipping methods - Standard, Express and Super Express. Orders normally leave our warehouse within 72 hours from order placement and can only be shipped to the US, its possessions and APO & FPO addresses. Please note that these policies only apply to items that are in-stock in our warehouse - not to those which are shipped directly from the manufacturer (drop shipment).

Standard Delivery

Delivery within the continental US usually takes up to 2 weeks after leaving our warehouse. For deliveries outside the continental US allow 4-6 weeks after they leave our warehouse.

Express Delivery

Delivery within the continental US usually takes up to 3-4 business days after leaving our warehouse. For deliveries outside the continental US allow 5-7 business days after they leave our warehouse. A charge of $8.75 will be added to our normal Postage and Handling cost for items under 10 pounds. Some large items are excluded. Express Delivery is not available on drop-ship items (shipped directly from the manufacturer).

Super Express Delivery

Please place your order by 11am EST using Super Express to receive delivery by the next business day. An additional $29.95 will be applied to your order total. (Heavier orders and/or larger items may incur additional charges)

Easy Returns

Orders will come with an enclosed packing slip and a return shipping label. Simply follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip. If you no longer have your packing slip, just return the merchandise, enclosing your name, address, and phone number, and we will promptly refund your purchase with no questions asked.

Out-of-Stock Items

If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship them as soon as they become available.
